Mark Halsey’s red card for the Chelsea skipper has been overturned and John Terry will be available to play against Manchester United on Sunday. The red card, which was to ban Terry three domestic games was withdrawn. Manchester United will still be missing their key centerhalf, Nemanja Vidić. The Serbian defender was sent off after receiving two cautions against Liverpool, while Michael Ballack is also set to return for the Blues on Sunday.

Who will be sacked first? Juande Ramos will need a win on Thursday against Wisła Kraków – a Polish club – in the UEFA Cup to ease a little bit of the tension in North London. However, all eyes will be focused on Tottenham’s match against Wigan Athletic on Sunday. Wigan is a side that tends to play good football against bigger clubs, just ask Chelsea or Manchester United. And if Tottenham fail to get all three points, it might just mean Adiós for the Spanish manager.
And across from the English channel, Carlo Ancelotti’s managerial days with AC Milan are also numbered. “Carletto” watched his team fail twice both at home and away against Bologna (1-2) & Genoa (2-0) consecutively to start the new season. Like Tottenham, Milan has struggled to score goals. Kaká is fading for the Italian side and not at all looking like a once European Footballer of the Year. Meanwhile, Ronaldinho is yet to prove himself after his €21 million move away from Barcelona. But a win against FC Zürich tomorrow in the UEFA Cup & also a win against Lazio on Sunday may cool the rising tension between Carletto and Adriano Galliani, club president of AC Milan.
